Refund policy.

As the purchaser of items from Wild Hearts in Bloom, you agree to the following terms:

  • All sales are final.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you cannot reach us immediately, please leave your name, number, and a convenient time for us to return your call the next business day.

  • Flowers are perishable. Proper care, as outlined in the care instructions provided with each order, is essential for their longevity.

  • As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient will be present at the delivery location on the scheduled day. If the recipient is not available (e.g., leaves work early or is out of town), no refund or exchange will be provided, as our delivery obligation has been fulfilled.

  • When purchasing flowers for someone else, please choose an arrangement suitable for them or the occasion. Style preferences are welcomed but are not grounds for returns.

  • Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may not be in stock. Wild Hearts in Bloom reserves the right to substitute blooms with comparable alternatives without prior consultation. If you have specific requests, please contact us before placing your order.

  • We are happy to replace items that may have been damaged during delivery.

  • To avoid spoiling surprises, we do not call recipients ahead to ensure they are home, unless requested by the sender.

  • Weddings and large events are non-refundable. Event flowers are designed to look their best on the day of the event.

  • Deliveries are typically made in the morning and early afternoon. If you need flowers delivered at a specific time, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
