Your flowers can last 5 to 8 days with proper care. Ensure you cut the stems every other day and change the water regularly. Note that some flowers have a longer lifespan than others. Basic care instructions are attached to each arrangement.

Each arrangement comes with proper care instructions to maintain the flowers. Generally, you should:

• Change the water every other day.

• Cut the bottom of the stems.

• Avoid placing foliage in the water, as it contains enzymes that can spoil the water.

• Do not place the arrangement in direct sunlight.

• Stop and smell the flowers!

At our flower studio, we take all necessary steps to ensure your flowers are fresh and well-cared for. Our arrangements are carefully crafted to be unique and curated statements. Each arrangement is prepared specifically for you, and we take pride in our work.

Whether you've ordered a vase arrangement or a hand-tied bouquet, our arrangements are packed with floral mesh to ensure they arrive as fresh as when they left our studio.

Each arrangement is custom-made using our finest in-season blooms. While it may not look exactly like the photo, the colour palette will remain similar. Feel free to share any dislikes, preferences, or specific requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Deliveries are completed in the morning and early afternoon unless you request otherwise. Please get in touch with your florist to arrange a different delivery time if needed.

At Wild Hearts in Bloom, we prioritise sustainability. Our hand-tied arrangements are packed in floral mesh to ensure they arrive hydrated and fresh. For vase arrangements, we use recycled boxes for packaging.

During the spring, summer, and fall, most of our flowers are locally farmed and purchased from Canadian flower farmers. In the winter months, most blooms are sourced from countries such as Holland.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds. If there are any issues with your order, please report them to us within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly replace any items that may have been damaged during delivery.
